股息 = Base Rate（1% NAV） + Top-up Rate（8% 折价）

Base Rate = 1% × NAV

Top-up Rate = 8% × (NAV − 股价)

2️⃣ 带入数值

Base Rate = 1% × 3.84 = 0.0384 ≈ 3.84 sen

NAV − 股价 = 3.84 − 2.60 = 1.24

Top-up Rate = 8% × 1.24 = 0.0992 ≈ 9.92 sen


所以：

it means if Icap liquidate and you so lucky and buy today 25/7/25) @ 2.61, you instantly get RM 1.21 and get 46%profit(3.82-2.61)/2.61
