1. After YR2018, major shareholder change. I'm not so surprise no announcement, because 3rd larger shareholder is only hold 4.8%
2. Share price from 28/2/19 until 31/5/20, 28/2/19 closed at 0.58 then sub-division, price after split is 0.23, bonus issue for warrant at 22/4/19. But within this period lambo was never goreng. I guess these previous shareholder almost are "cut loss". unless their entry price below than 0.10 before share split. which at year 2013.
3. After 31/5/2020, total esos is 368M share or 10%, 813M PP or 22%. No new shareholder announcement? let said got investor, hold 4% at this period, 4% of 3536M shares already 141M, almost same as AR no1 159M shares.
4. Point 3 above, total esos is 368M after 31/5/2020, board of directors also subscribe 54%, so 200M shares dispose via open market? assume no dispose, these 5 directors only hold total 6% shares.

AR2018 total shares is 3023M, now already 3536M. if no1 159M whose no buy no sale, now this shareholder is only hold 4.5%. So just 3 to 5 funds/shark each 4% shares. can control lambo group already. Because others all ikan bilis. HAHAHA!
