the new major stake holder did buy over 40% emir oil @ usd 55m under hammer capital. i believe the intention of exchange the loan to reach share by owning 48.5% is due to voting right if got buyer for emir oil. if not once got buyer and reach control 60% voted against dispose of emir oil how? i dont really forsee he will operate.
