Also depends if you are a swing trader or investor or others. Investor then ya can buy now. Swing trader then i think wait for the next opportunity, got smtg else better to buy. December (or somewhere there), the RCUID will take effect then u will have to hold for more than 4 years to maximize profit.
Sold some earlier on (for trade) Seems like resistance is at 0.86. If break then fly. Now mostly ppl who trade stuck around 0.835 i believe. 3mil transactions only. Now 0.82 is ppl who wanna try 抄底, 0.825 those try to cutloss. Investment wise, it is good to hold until December. See 2020 Q2 vs the upcoming. You will know it confirm outperform 2020. Also i see ppl say cant maintain planes and no money etc, srsly u are speculating, udk the airasia entire business model and streams of income. Did a lot of research on airasia and airport(the stock), would say best time is to buy now. Allocate small portion of capital can dy, dont go all in. Got cutloss wont go holland.
I see those ppl say drop to 0.5 0.6 etc. We already holding at multiple discounted price, cutloss set. Drop then auto sell. Profit 10~20% better than not buying. However as mentioned earlier, will still hold for years to come. Now up 80% just from trading/investing in airasia 4 times. Lose then give back a bit. No one can guarantee win all the time.
Welcome new holders after the sell off. Guess the more sell offs we have, the more ppl who have greater holding power buy in. Hope its true. 2015 that period used 1 year to get back to previous high. 2021 might need longer. Back to rm1.6~2 maybe 2 years. (very very vague estimate).
