是的，子公司也可以敛财进自己的户口，子公司不用report to bursa，财务不透明

去年开了那么多间子公司，都是在 developing阶段，每一间子公司大概hold着 55%-60%，如果子公司之后有盈利，consolidate 也是 55%-60%，但是之后要投入子公司的资金，季度报告什么都没写，未来子公司roi不明朗。

开子公司做project，来达到专业化的话还行。不够专业的话，子公司需要吸食母公司的资源一段时间。expenses 下不去的，只会增加。

开子公司也可以有group tax structure 的考量。
