I got a theory

Datuk planning stg for plab, ask ah bu secretly buy.

When all of they know , ah bu alr more than 5% become 9%

Then the board found Datuk plan, suspend 9 dia.
but in order to stop Datuk and Ah Bu, Mr Teo join the fight.

So all keep buying, then board plan to announce Bonus issue, to dilute their share from stopping their "evil" plan.
