I think in the future the 0.4 or 0.46 will be toughest point to break. heavy dilution will need years for this.

I'm not good but with simple mathematical calculation, past weeks with 250 million shares and soon to be nearly 2 billion of shares, see the degree of dilution that going to take place. scary.
