I dont think the retention order posts any immediate threat yet, TG has stated that market is in such dire state that they can easily find demands / orders to fill even if not exporting to the States. CY2020 earnings should be as expected and unlikely to see strong downside impact because of the CBP's RO.

The problem is TG's mid term market reach.

The market moves by sentiment, if you think it will go down and sell, its gonna go down. If lots of your money are here and you are afraid but still believe in the prospect, hold or average down. If you don't think it's a good investment anymore, let it go.

But dont panic or act out of fear lol, play to win.

CDS 就好像银行户口，可是这个银行户口是让我们放股票的。有两种CDS, 一是direct CDS 二是 nominee CDS. Rakutentrade的确是nominee户口，nominee 户口架构是我们通过一个trust点用一个broker帮我们管理（买卖）我们的股票，我们本身没有向bursa申请cds而是通过broker现有的trust（这个trust有自己的CDS）来买卖股票。法律上我们是终极受惠人，broker他们是legal owner. 可是不要怕如果broker go bankrupt, 我们的股票是park在trust里面的，trust是third party, 所以all the asset accounts are separated from the stockbroker's book. 其他人是动不到我们的股票的，broker bankrupt的情况其实也很罕见。怕的话可以分用不同的broker.

近来搞poultry segment expansion, cash flow不足，都在用loan所以挺多债务的，近年ratios 下滑也明显。短期内除非经济特好，不然很难看到大起。长期股东会比较好，expansion后sales预期会大增。
