先搞懂SST吧,一知半解就在乱。。你要在REIT/商城的角度想,REIT要向租户征收SST,而不是一直讲租户给的租金超过500k要给SST!是REIT的rental income (不包括住宅产业)只要超过500k就要向租户征收SST,所以不要在乱什么外国人本地人有的没的!还有什么商城跟REIT租,商城就是REIT啊,租户就是里面的店面!逻辑都搞不懂在瞎扯什么zzz,最后如果一家REIT/商城的租金收入没有超过500k上什么市啊。。aduh

When you bought the shares? It should be 2 shares get 1 bonus share. If you got 100 shares, you will entitle 50 shares as bonus. Which eventually your CDS statement should have 150 shares. However, if your shares are bought after 24 Feb, then sorry to inform, you are not entitle to the bonus issue.
