Without BDC wont be a deal breaker I think. There is still huge demand for data-centers given the huge growth in AI. Shouldnt be a problem finding another partner, which I heard got a lot of interested parties. Also the property biz is still doing well lah, so no need to worry too much I think.
As long as companies follow US rules, they can avoid the export restrictions. Mah Sing counter should be ok.
Also, property market in 2025 is looking up, transaction volume and values all going up up up. Overhang also coming down.. Mah Sing is well positioned with their land bank in Klang Valley and Johor, to benefit a lot from this growth in the market.
Positive news about the Data Centre. I think Mah Sing has a solid team. Their ventures tend to do well, and they have not failed yet (no business go bankrupt or close down) so far when they expand or diversify.
