KUALA LUMPUR: Triterra Sdn Bhd is optimistic about Malaysia's outlook for 2025, driven by the nation's upcoming role as ASEAN chair.
Chief executive officer Christopher Lim highlighted the significance of Malaysia hosting over 300 ministerial meetings in Kuala Lumpur as part of the chairmanship, which will place the country in the regional spotlight.
This will elevate Malaysia's standing among neighbouring countries, Lim said, underscoring the strategic importance of these events.
Lim also noted Kuala Lumpur's status as one of ASEAN's top three cities.
With the city's population steadily growing, he expects stable demand for property, signalling positive trends in Malaysia's real estate market.
Lim was speaking during a site visit to the company's flagship project, the MET Corporate Towers, located in Mont Kiara.
The Met continues to set new benchmarks in Malaysia's commercial real estate landscape. Positioned as the country's first Grade-A strata office building, the MET incorporates an innovative "3rd Space Concept," blending work, lifestyle, and community in a sustainable environment.
The MET enjoys proximity to key economic hubs such as the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre and the Ministry of Investment, Trade, and Industry.
