Completion rate is around 30%, I estimate it will be completed by end of 2026.
For the current factory, I saw that they're still working even on Sunday morning, meaning capacity is running full and workers are doing overtime.
After the Nilai highway exit, turn left, then at second junction turn right, then turn left after roughly 300m, then at the T junction turn right, go straight to the end you will see Ulicorp factory. Beside the factory they're building the new one.
