I think one of the reasons behind the recent bullish sentiment is NCT’s expansion into Bukit Kayu Hitam through the RM1.1 billion NCT InnoSphere project, which strengthens its presence in the northern industrial corridor and taps into growing cross-border trade with Thailand.
