why not 1.14. we have a desperate seller who want to divest the entire stakes and have been throwing 200,000 shares daily since June 2025. it would take winstron at least another 200+ days to sell entire stakes, what would happen to FPI price if winstron continue to do this on daily basis. Positive (1) uncertainty of winstron selling is over (2) founders bought it back, not unknown parasite (3) FPI still have 400 million in cash&short term fund
