Hold it through FY25 and FY26 for Visit Malaysia 2026 theme. The 2 hotels and 3 resorts should be seeing higher occupancy, higher adr and higher revpar assuming a successful Visit Malaysia 2026 event. It is safe to set the baseline of 70% occupancy for monitoring :)
