if you wish to be entitled for the dividend. then advised to exercise as soon as possible. if u are in no hurry or short of cash , no harm wait until when fund is ready

You have to convert it on boardroom, can refer to the announcement from YTL and pay for 2.45 per share & service charge in order to convert to ordinary shares
