Benjamin Lau has been actively approaching remisiers and investors with so-called “project placements” involving listed companies such as WIDAD, SCIB, ARTRONIQ, AHB, and TECHNAX.

What’s happening:
– Leverages his connection to the Managing Director of M&A Securities to gain trust
– Secures clean trading limits from unsuspecting remisiers
– Raises funds from unknowing investors under false pretenses
– Personally guarantees profit/loss (PnL) on trades to gain confidence
– Dumps illiquid or worthless shares into remisier and investor accounts
– Defaults when trades go south, shifting all blame to “project owners”
– Victims — including remisiers — are left holding high-risk or near-worthless stocks

Some investors allege that he collected funds for the projects — only to disappear shortly after.
