wow anyone read the attached announcement? G3 will collect usd100/month each of the foreign worker who use the dormitory. This is more like rental income. More stable recurring income in the future.

let say 5k worker . 5000 x usd100= usd500k /month. so one quarter can give usd2million revenue. around RM9.8million revenue per quarter

construction is 100% private finance initiative but revenue will share with maldives government.. who will bear the maintenance for 30 years, ofkos la g3.. but main question, do g3 have fund to construct the project?
