the positive side is they have extra capacity to generate extra revenue if they do receive orders from the customers... the bad side is if there is no certain revenue volumes is coming in, the cost incurred for the new plant will be having some impact to the coming Qtr result...
It would be nice to have it go above 0.60 in coming days and stay above it as we march towards the industry upcycle targeted to start end of this year :)
