if you don't sell/transfer shares to sd, it means you don't accept the offer and it will be difficult to sell later.

Two ways. You can sell now on the market (charges & duty fees applies). Or fill documents of shares transfer in TIIH website (rm5 fees applies). You decide which one suited for you.
I sold mine on the market. Q at rm5.

tq so much dyanna for the info. there is one info i managed to gather....once SD managed to acquired 90% ctrl..umw stock....the balance left 10%......they hv rite to offer RM5...and take over
