2: If you sell your shares after share consolidation and try to subscribe to their "Right Issue and Warrants" thinking this company could perform a turnaround. Think twice. With all the money raised in the years 2020 and year 2021, where are the so-called projects? You GAVE them so MUCH! Yet, now they proposed to dilute you through share consolidations, and would you want to lose all of your hard-earned money in this stock? I advise you to stay away.
3: There are so many companies with billion floating shares out there yet none of them considers share consolidations at all! Why? Because they value their shareholders.
