5/12之前有母股的会得到PR.有PR就可以买优先股.要买优先股需要付钱.不要买的就把PR卖了.

已经影响了，母股25/11那天大跌。现在消息已经消化了。以后如果优先股转换去母股，EPS会被稀释。PR转去优先股在再转去母股不便宜，好像要0.65。如果没这个打算，有PR的人可以把PR卖了。
