Further to the announcement dated 20 April 2021 in relation to the Proposals, M&A Securities on behalf of the Company, wishes to announce that HIL has decided to discontinue the Proposed Change of Name. After further deliberation, the Board arrived at such decision as it believes that its current name is well recognised with over 40 years’ experience in the plastic injection industries and projects the Company as a leading one-stop custom injection moulder of engineering plastics in Malaysia.
