The Board has proposed to declare the first and final dividend of 0.20 sen (FY2020: 0.15 sen)
per ordinary share in the Company in respect of financial year ended 30 June 2021, the payment
of which shall be subject to the shareholders’ approval in the Seventh Annual General Meeting
of the Company. The entitlement and payment dates shall be determined by the Board and
announced later.
