Puncak has the highest NTA/Price ratio of 5.6. This indicates the stock is selling 5.6 times cheaper from its face value. Its 3 main business (Plantation, Water and Healthcare) will be sustainable in future. Very undervalue. Atleast TP of 1 EOY.
