Because Handal Jaya want to disposed thier Stock which was paid up for settlement of Bintai Debt to handal Jaya. 31,800,000 shares in total at 0.64 value for debt settlement.
So there will be 1 more round of disposal since today baru disposed 15mil. Hahaha. I saw this move since Bintai made that debt settlement deal.
