Reit for me still can enter one, pbb price now too high a bit risky. As if you see most of reit already historical low for 5-10 years can enter small lot size.
ppb after bi can consider, for me now dont have bank stock, for me I think if you wanna dividend bank stock is not bad. But for reit now dividend yield is high + good capital return in future :)
agree BAT is one of high dividend yield, depend you have more cash and capital or not. For me if no much capital reit also an alternative solution, but BAT is not bad :)
Anyway for me BAT already up so much and price not nice, if see the dividend yield also reduce already. I have REIT also have Sunway and ijm construction is not bad already. My own capital is can buy few lots only with different counter as 70% cash in hand haha
Yes. I now just see some construction counter, some construction counter still undervalue haha. Hektar reit and ytlreit I bought at historical low price so risk also lower :)
Leanna, the DPS just reflect as their hotel affected during MCO and qr no very good. In future if vaccine can stop covid-19 and return economy DPS will be improved. Sunreit if you see 10 years share price consider low already
