this counter current price consider cheap, but price may go down further to 5.5 cts.any counter that has big players pushing the price down, surely it will push the price up in time to come, because they want to make money. we hv to consider lucky because big players are interested in this counter. if you hold it ,you will get back Your capital and will make some. this is my advise .
