I used to be that bird man always non stop complaining, been argue with him ,just ignore Him.If price drop, he will complain said Boss press down the price. If price up,he will compare with other property stock why up too less...if you check his comment history, he never satisfy with any investment he did,and all is company fault.And not bcos of his decision to buy wrong stock.
sooner or later will break new high , optimistic people here, negative people can chat with mr green bird down there, construction n property boom will boost IBS biz , data centre boost cable biz, civil servant salary hike boost lending biz
Actually i seldom to keep watching this stock as holding this stock as dividend stock yet it keep break new high as bonus gain.This stock no need operate always as its company prospect and growth is steady,once market recognize it will giving fair valuation.
