| In addition, a share dividend is also proposed on the basis of one (1) treasury share for every twenty-five (25) existing ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held by the shareholders. Fractions of treasury shares arising from the distribution of share dividend shall be disregarded. The share dividend is equivalent to 5 sen per share based on treasury share book cost as at 31 March 2011 as disclosed in Note A6. |
