This amended announcement is to correct the number of plaintiffs to '11' instead of previously stated '9' in the Ipoh High Court Originating Summons No. AA-24NCC-1-01/2025 of Note A19(a) 'Significant Events During the Financial Period' and Note B6 'Changes in Material Litigation' under page 20 and 25 respectively of the Interim Financial Report for the second quarter ended 30 June 2025 which was announced on 27 August 2025. Save for the above amendment in the Note A19(a) and Note B6, all other information in the announcement announced on 27 August 2025 remains unchanged. |
