This amended announcement is to correct the number of plaintiffs to '11' instead of previously stated '9' in the Ipoh High Court Originating Summons No. AA-24NCC-1-01/2025 of Note B6 'Changes in Material Litigation' under page 28 of the Interim Financial Report for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2024 which was announced on 28 February 2025. Save for the above amendment in the Note B6, all other information in the announcement announced on 28 February 2025 remains unchanged. |
