| Remarks : |
An interim dividend of 3.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2023 has been declared by way of a single tier interim dividend (cash dividend). Further, the Board also proposes a special interim share dividend by distributing the treasury shares of up to 6,458,400 treasury shares on the basis of 1 treasury share for every 25 existing ordinary shares held, and shareholders with holdings of less than 2,500 shares will be paid in cash dividend in lieu of treasury shares. |
