Remarks : 
Note for 6
a)	 The Board of Directors, pursuant to the Company's Constitution has on 15 August 2023 recommended a final cash dividend of 2.40 sen (previous corresponding year: 2.10 sen) per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2023 for approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
      
b)	 The total cash dividend for the financial year ended 30 June 2023 of 3.70 sen per ordinary share is amounting to approximately RM209.4 million, comprises the following:

(i)	Interim cash dividend of 1.30 sen per ordinary share amounting to RM73.4 million was paid on 27 June 2023; and

(ii)	Proposed final cash dividend of 2.40 sen per ordinary share amounting to approximately RM136 million.

The total cash dividend for the financial year ended 30 June 2023 is in line with the Company's dividend policy of payout ratio of at least 40% of profit attributable to shareholders of RM510.5 million.
