Remarks : 
Note for No. 6
a) The Board of Directors has on 16 August 2017 recommended a Final Cash Dividend of 1.45 sen  (preceding year: 1.2 sen) per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2017 for approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. 

b) The total dividend for the financial year ended 30 June 2017 of 2.65 sen per ordinary share amounting to approximately RM148.9 million comprises of the following and represents an increase of 20% compared to previous financial year of 2.2 sen per ordinary share amounting to RM116.9 million:-	

(i)	Interim dividend of 1.2 sen per ordinary share amounted to RM66.9 million  

(ii)	Proposed final dividend of 1.45 sen per ordinary share of approximately RM82.0 million  

The total dividend for the financial year ended 30 June 2017 is in line with the Company's dividend policy of payout ratio of at least 40% of profits attributable to shareholders of RM370.6 million.
