| The Board of Directors of Minetech Resources Berhad (the “Company”) has changed the financial year end date of the Company from 31 December to 31 March effective 7 October 2014. Accordingly, the financial period end date of the Company and its subsidiaries under review is for the nine-month period ended 30 September 2014. The next audited financial statements of the Company shall be for a period of 15 months, made up from 1 January 2014 to 31 March 2015. Thereafter, the subsequent financial years of the Company shall end on 31 March every year |
