Remarks :
A proposed first and final tax exempt dividend of 1.5% amounting to 1.5 sen per share has been recommended by the Directors for the financial year ended 31 December 2011. The proposed dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The date of entitlement and payment date will be announced later.
