Remarks : 
Reference is made to the Company's announcement  released on 29 November 2019 pertaining to the quarterly report for the financial period ended 30 September 2019. 
This amended announcement is made to  explain further on  the limited review of financial statements performed by the External Auditors for the financial period ended 30 September 2019. The Auditors did not express conclusion on the interim financial statements as they did not obtain the relevant evidence and information relating to the Group's manufacturing subsidiary in South Africa in time for the release of the announcement.
The figures stated in the summary of key financial information and the full quarterly report for the financial period ended 30 September 2019 remain unchanged.
