Remarks :
For the financial year ended 31 December 2011,

(1) an interim single tier dividend of 2.5 sen per share was approved and declared by the Board of Directors on 26 August 2011 and subsequently paid on 18 October 2011; and

(2) a final sigle tier dividend of 4 sen per share will be recommended for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
