Remarks : 
1. A final single-tier dividend of 1.25 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2023 (after taking into account the effect of the share consolidation of every five shares into two consolidated shares, which was completed on 20 October 2023) was approved by the Company's shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 5 December 2023. The financial statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2023 did not reflect this dividend.

2. The dividends in respect of the preceding year corresponding quarter and the preceding year corresponding period were declared before the effect of the share consolidation of every five shares into two consolidated shares, which was completed on 20 October 2023.

3. For comparative purpose, the following have been adjusted to reflect the effect of the share consolidation of every five shares into two consolidated shares, which was completed on 20 October 2023:

a. Basic earnings per share, for the preceding year corresponding quarter and the preceding year corresponding period
b. Net assets per share attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent as at preceding financial year end
