Proposed/Declared dividend per share (Subunit) :
The Company is proposing a first interim dividend by way of distribution of treasury shares of the Company ("Dividend Shares") on the basis of 1 Dividend Share for every 100 ANB Shares held by the Entitled Shareholders as at the Entitlement Date.
The Entitled Shareholders who hold below 10,000 ANB Shares will receive cash in lieu to avoid them holding less than 1 board lot (equivalent to 100 Dividend Shares). |
