1)The basic earning per share for the 12 months ended 30 June 2010 has been calculated based on the profit attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent company of RM46,709,000 (2009:RM51,905,000) and the weighted average number of ordinary shares in issue during the period of 675,437,000 shares (2009:612,897,000 shares) after taking into account the movement of shares bought back by the Company. 2)The fully diluted earnings per share is shown in Note13(b) to the Unaudited Interim Financial Report - Notes to the Unaudited Financial Report. 3) The net assets per share is calculated based on the Shareholders' Fund (excluding Minority Interests) divided by the number of ordinary shares in issue after deducting shares bought back by the Cdompany. |
