Remarks :
1) The basic earning per share for the year ended 30 June 2009 has been calculated based on profit attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent company of RM51,905,000 (2008: RM16,566,000) and the weighted average number of ordinary shares in issue of 612,897,000 shares (2008: 597,618,000 shares) after taking into account the movement of shares bought back by the Company during the year.

2) The fully diluted earning per share is shown in Note 13(b) to the Unaudited Interim Financial Report - Notes to the Unaudited Financial Report.

3) The net assets per share is calculated based on the Shareholders' Fund (excluding Minority Interests and ICULS) and the number of ordinary shares in issue after deducting shares bought back by the Company.
