| The ratio 2:1 represents Two (2) ordinary shares of RM0.50 : One (1) existing ordinary share of RM1.00 each Shareholders of LBAlum should take note that every one (1) ordinary share of RM1.00 each in LB Alum as at 30 April 2007 at 5.00 p.m. ("Book Closure Date") shall be subdivided into two (2) LBAlum shares of RM0.50 each. As at 30 March 2007 the issued and paid up share capital of LBAlum is RM124,237,167 comprising of 124,237,167 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each which will subject to the subdivsion of shares on the basis of two (2) subdivided shares of RM0.50 each for every one (1) ordinary share of RM1.00 each held in the Company. The actual number of subdivided LBAlum shares of RM0.50 each to be issued pursuant to the Share Split would be determined based on the issued and paid-up share capital as at the Book Closure Date. The subdivided shares will be listed and quoted on the Exchange on 3 May 2007. |
