Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the circular dated 7 June 2022 in relation to the Free Warrants Issue.
The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") two (2) market days after the submission of the quotation application for the Warrants to Bursa Securities.
The notices of allotment for the Warrants will be issued and despatched to all entitled shareholders of CGB prior to the listing and quotation of the Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
