The abridged prospectus, together with the notice of provisional alloment and rights subscription form relating to the Rights Issue (collectively referred to as the Documents) will only be despatched to the shareholders of ABB whose names appear in ABB's Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on 12 December 2018 ("Entitlement Date") ("Entitled Shareholders") who have registered address in Malaysia. Entitled Shareholders who do not have a registered address in Malaysia and wish to provide their Malaysian address, should inform their respective stockbrokers or Securities Services (Holdings) Sdn. Bhd. to effect the change of address by the Entitlement Date or may collect the Documents from the Share Registrar, Securities Services (Holdings) Sdn Bhd at Level 7, Menara Milenium, Jalan Damanlela, Pusat Bandar Damansara, Damansara Heights 50490 Kuala Lumpur in which event the Share Registrar shall be entitled to request for such evidence as it deems necessary to satisfy itself as to the identity and authority of the person collecting the aforesaid Documents. 

The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed in any countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia. No action has or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue and the Documents comply with the laws of any countries or jurisdictions other than the laws of Malaysia. Accordingly, the Documents will not be despatched to Entitled Shareholders with a registered address outside Malaysia.


The Documents will be despatched to the Entitled Shareholders no later than two (2) market days after the Entitlement Date. This announcement is dated 28 November 2018.
