The actual number of Subdivided Shares to be issued would depend on the total number of issued Shares on the Entitlement Date.
Fractional entitlements, if any, shall be dealt with in such manner as the Board of Directors of Widetech in its absolute discretion deems fit and expedient, and in the best interest of the Company.
The Subdivided Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 22 November 2021, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date.
The notices of allotment for the Subdivided Shares will be despatched to the entitled shareholders not later than 4 market days after the date of listing and quotation of the Subdivided Shares on Bursa Securities.
