The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 8 September 2021, being the next market day after the entitlement date. Duopharma's Share Registrar will issue and despatch the notice of allotment for the Bonus Shares to the entitled shareholders of Duopharma at the address as per the Record of Depositors within 4 market days after the date of listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares. Any fractional entitlements arising from the Bonus Issue shall be disregarded. This announcement is dated 18 August 2021. |
