This announcement is made by Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad on behalf of Mintye. The shareholders of Mintye whose names appear on the Record of Depositors of Mintye at the close of business on Friday, 21 October 2016 ("Entitlement Date"), shall be entitled to participate in the Share Exchange.
In order to facilitate the Share Exchange, the trading of Mintye Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") will be suspended from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 17 October 2016, being 3 clear market days prior to the Entitlement Date. Accordingly, the last day of trading of Mintye Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities shall be at 5.00 p.m. on Friday, 14 October 2016.
The suspension of Mintye Shares will continue until the admission of MBG Shares to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing of and quotation for the MBG Shares to be issued under the Share Exchange on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
A notice to the shareholders of Mintye in relation to the Entitlement Date for the Share Exchange will be despatched to the shareholders of Mintye on 7 October 2016.
