The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 25 September 2017, being one (1) market day after the Entitlement Date.
The notice of allotment for the Bonus Shares will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders within four (4) market days after the date of the listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
For holders of Warrants 2015/2020 ("Warrantholders") who wish to be entitled to the Bonus Shares, kindly ensure that your Warrants 2015/2020 are exercised by lodging all duly executed and completed subscription forms together with the relevant subscription monies for subscription of new ordinary shares in the Company with the Company's share registrar, Bina Management (M) Sdn Bhd, latest by 5.00 pm on 12 September 2017. Please note that the Bonus Issue will also give rise to adjustments to the exercise price and the number of outstanding Warrants 2015/2020 held by each Warrantholder, such that the rights and obligations of the same shall remain unchanged after the Entitlement Date. A notice in relation to the said adjustments will be issued to the Warrantholders in due course.
